It takes time to build the perfect web site, but once your site is finished you'll find that the hard work has just begun! The most important part of that growth, and ultimate success of a web site is promotion! You want the world to see your new creation! I love the FREE or nearly free forms of advertising. Here are some of the ones that I use.

Make your own. I purchase Avery business card stock at the office supply and print them using "The Print Shop". I print as many as I need at the time and change the layout to fit my needs. Don't waste money buying cards by the thousands. Click on the button and a pop-up window will show you some ideas of where you can use business cards.

You build credits by viewing others web sites and you use those credits to advertise your site. There are many Traffic Exchanges available. Some are automated and others are manual. Most are free to join. I am always looking and testing to try and find the best ones. I have had good results with these.

To use a Safe List you must be willing to receive email from others who have also chosen to be part of the Safe List. Using the services provided by the Safe List, you can send the members advertising emails on a regular basis. Your email ads can be different each time you send to the list. Safe List's do not allow spam. You will need 2 email addresses to use safelists. Since you will be receiving 1000's of emails, I would suggest getting them from Gmail.com, they are free and give you a ton of space. Most of the ones I have listed here are free to join and use.

A Submitter service will send your ad to several SafeLists. Safelist owners have joined the Submitter and agreed to receive ads from them. You join all of the Safelists thru the Submitter with one-click. The Submitters verify each safelist as 100% opt-in for your protection. This tool is perfect for saving time and money. There is a fee to join, but I have found them to be worth every penny.

Advertise every where you go. This really works!! Traveling billboards deliver your message to thousands of motorists. I have them on my vehicles and get asked about them every day. This is an inexpensive form of advertising and they last for years. Here is the one that I have on my truck.
